Important Information Before You Begin

Please provide factual information only. A report is not proof that an offence has taken place.

Reports are treated as allegations only and are not evidence that any offence has occurred.

You can report anonymously.

Before you begin, please read our Privacy Notice to understand how your information is used and who it may be shared with.

1. What are you reporting?

If you do not know, provide a brief description.

Address, postcode or precise location.

Include the date, approximate time and whether it happens regularly.

Briefly describe the job or activity you observed.

6. Did you witness this yourself?

Explain what you saw, heard or were told. A person’s race, nationality, language, accent or appearance is not evidence of illegal working.

For example, a person’s name if genuinely known, their role, the business involved or a relevant vehicle registration. Do not provide passport, banking or National Insurance details.

9. Do you have supporting evidence?

Upload photographs, videos, documents or links only if they were obtained lawfully. Do not confront, follow or trespass to obtain evidence.

Up to 5 files, 100 MB each. Images, video, PDF or Word documents.

Please do not submit unnecessary personal information. In particular, do not send copies of passports, National Insurance numbers, banking information or other identity documents.

If there is an immediate danger, call 999.
